I don't think the size and weight of a dog is a good way of knowing how big their penis is; penis size can be all over the place. I've seen pics of small breeds that have really big dicks. I don't know how accurate it is, but I've seen a chart on ZV that lists penis sizes by breed. Just search for it.

Did you figure it out? no replies from 2023 have confirmed the size.
One book about dog anatomy said that the average size (length) of a dog penis from a sample studied of more than 150 dogs was 17.9cm, with a wide variation from 6cm to 24cm. Prepare for a large size.
