What kind of things land people in jail?

Wolf2

Zooville Settler
I’m thinking it would be helpful to start a thread about what things zoos have done in the past that landed them in jail. Sometimes it’s obviously stupid stuff, like fencehopping and screwing a mare in someone’s barn and winding up on camera. Or something less obvious, like someone using the same name and Avatar in zoo and normie chats and winding up doxxed. Other times I read stuff and it’s not clear at all how someone ousted themselves. So share example if possible so we can learn what not to do!

I’ve wondered about this for a long time. I don’t think coming to a site like this is illegal. My understanding is that it’s illegal to download (store) or upload the content. At least, in my state (US).

usually it is posting stuff with tons of personal video, meeting mentally unstable people IRL with out proper vetting (Hence not knowing they're mentally unstable).

Often it is due to them all so dabbling in under aged stuff and thus we all get smeared.

Having shit on your phone seems the best way to end up in serious trouble! Keep shit OFF YOUR PHONE

While obvious to most here, or at least I would think, would be staying as far away as possible from anything abusive.

I get that some may lust only and not have the emotional connection that I do, that doesn't mean that they can't stay away from the abuse thing.

That being said, I would encourage those that do have the physical attraction, but maybe not the emotional attraction, to actively try to develop a relationship with the animal.

In my experience, and I'm sure many others here can attest to as well, starting with developing a bond will go a very long ways in making your physical interactions much more pleasurable as well as them being in the mood much more than if you're simply going for a fuck.

Allow yourself to believe that they can be more complex and treat them as such and you'll likely be pleasantly surprised.

I may at some point soon start a thread dedicated to that, as I think I've actually got more experience with that than the physical side.

It very much depends on your country and the laws there.
For example in my country making and distributing zoo porn is illegal.

Probably good advise lol. I got like 20GB of zoo porn on my phone oof

I was very open about my lifestyle in normal online spaces for a couple years, and even my username was zoo-related. Not once was I ever contacted by law enforcement about it after being approached by dozens of shocked and concerned individuals.

That said, those two years were dry for me. I spoke about previous pets and incidents as though they were current, so had they followed up there would have been nothing incriminating anywhere and I could have just played the troll card.

My pets have always been very well-cared for, so even if they were to follow up a long while later there would be no indication of said activities ever having occurred. Maybe they just felt they had bigger fish to fry, or assumed the case wasn't enough of a slam dunk to spend time on, or assumed I was a troll. I guess I'll never know.

I never keep any forms of evidence. No photos. No videos. No plans with strangers. Nothing. I always maintain a path to plausible deniability for the things I say online, though in this instance I'm using an anonymized setup on an encrypted device, so it's of less concern.

My guess is that posting photo/video content online that could be used as solid evidence is what really gets people targeted by law enforcement. Legal resources are too precious to chase every single little lead that emerges. Nothing would ever get done.

Get a telegram and keep it safe secure untraceable to your IP.

And then you can forward it all to me as well. Lol dm for my tag.
I use telegram too and have a bunch stored there haha. I keep my files in password protected apps, but if someone knew my passcode none of that would matter much.

Little by little or wholesale our materials and habits have become illegal....what tends to get people jugged in this taboo are three things: Well-meaning family members who find you out, Technicians who repair computers and phones, and selling or soliciting to sell videos. I know of a number of cases of arrest and conviction for example, a kid in Ok 15 years agowho didnt like his step dad, and found some of their homemade porn. The little bugger turned them in...stepdad went to jail and the police had the dogs gassed....sweet. There was a case in Pa 6 years ago.... broken Phone. Techie found stuff on the phone that shouldnt have been there, was offended, and called the cops.... the young lady who owned the phone was the star of the show....arrested, convicted....suspended sentence because she claimed it was all her idea and work.
We all should remember sunset. She and hub were peddling her videos for income on a military base. Hub went to jail for conduct not conducive to good order. She wasnt military, so wasnt charged, I believe. Embarassing though when the minister sees you in church.

Carelessness, misplaced Trust, greed.....thats what does it.

These must be cases on devices with weak security. iPhone passcodes can’t be broken as far as I know unless someone knows the code, not even apple will help someone break into them and they can be set to self destruct after 10 failed attempts. Macs similarly offer extremely robust security with file vault, just don’t use cloud storage ever for zoo stuff. They also support DMG files which can encrypt entire folders of any size which is pretty handy.

Except that service people use backdoors. Security may be better now, but stuff still needs service. Many service people were military at some point....and the breaking of codes, locks and security is a way of life for many of them. The training they get in service puts them in great demand in the outside world.

I just keep what I can in my head. No photos or anything to forget laying about for wrong folks to see.

Which is fine for you....not necessarily for everyone, though. I clear anything untoward out about every three days.

On the flip side, I wonder which country or countries are the most progressive and legally accepting (or ambivalent) about zoo interests and behaviours ?

ZETA-Verein has a map showing legality of intercourse, possession of zoo porn and sale of zoo porn. https://www.zeta-verein.de/en/zoophilia/worldmap-zoophilia/

the original source is a wikipedia article but, given zeta-verein's prominence i trust them enough to be reasonably accurate.

i do want to know if anyone has gotten into legal trouble simply from possessing zoo porn which could disprove zeta's map for those localities

Apparently Florida now has a law that possessing zoo porn is illegal. I'll have to check on that. They may need to update their source link, since the full read out is gone from Wikipedia.

According to articles possession of zoo porn is a 3rd deg felony on that bill

Does anyone know what the laws are in Australia? I assume they differ between states

As sad as it is, it almost has to be, or everything would require its own, specialized, committee to review questionable content.
True. And I've also been having another conversation on another thread talking about the point section here drawing a large number of undesirables.
