On topic, People who act like pets. The second they hear you they have to come out and try to talk to you even though they have absolutely nothing to say.
 
I like it when people literally act like pets, but that kind of performative extroversion bothers me.

On the same note, I suppose, are what I'll call "party people": people who never miss a party, mostly so they can eat and get drunk on someone else's dollar, while "socializing" by saying how they miss everyone and we should do this more often.

On this same note people who do not follow directions. For example, supermarkets near me have clear signs about limits on how many of an item one can buy, arrows for one way aisles to reduce contact with people, and markings to help keep your distance. Some people ignore all that because they aren't sick, and don't get that about half of all covid cases come from asymptomatic or mildly symptomatic people.
 
People who think buying "Supreme" products makes them "cool". Let me know how cool you are when the IRS repo's your house because you spent $500,000 on cotton.

3 words......Johnny fucking Guitar......when I had my computer and I played New Vegas (which I did often) I couldn't stand it, I'd rather listen to Nyan Cat for 10 hours rather than sit through that annoying song, or anything. Like at first it's a good song, but after hearing it 5+ times in an hour is where it gets annoying.

When I'm taking two successive classes and in the first one the teacher doesn't teach us everything needed for the second class and then in the second class I struggle be cause he teaches to us like he taught us what we needed for the second class.
