Not really a breed I know, but those random mixes of herding/livestock guardian dogs, that you meet out in the country will always hold a special place in my heart.

I’d say Rhodesian Ridgebacks (those guys have power and energy for days) and also Newfoundlands and St Bernards

It's no secret that German Shepherds, Great Danes, mastiffs, Labs, and pitbulls seem to be the most popular breeds in this world.

What's a less-talked-about breed that gets your motors running like no one else?

Newfoundlands for me, all the way. Beautiful, shaggy, and affectionate.

Irish wolf hounds! Those eyebrows melt my heart every time! Also they are tall enough to mount easily.

My dream breed is a Leonberger. Other underrated breeds that I LOVE though are the Broholmer, Great Pyrenees, and Anatolian Shepherd. I'm a total hornball for big dogs, with the fluffier and less "drool-y" the better.
