Tips for choosing a dog.

What kind of dog do you think is best? I am about to engage soon hopefully and wanted to know if it will hurt.

More context:
I’m a female looking for m w m dog and I have a smaller frame 5’2 135 pounds. My v is smaller size I’d say but it can fit like the size of an egg in pretty sure. Would love to figure out how to make this less painful/ guily of an experience
For the best kind of dog, given you’re a smaller woman looking for a male (I’m assuming “m w m dog” means male with male dog?), I’d steer you toward a medium-sized breed—something in the 40-70 lb range. My Mastiff’s huge (over 150 lbs), and while I love his power, that might be a lot for your first go, especially with a smaller vaginal size. My Pitbull’s closer to 60 lbs, and that’s a sweet spot—strong but manageable. Breeds like a Labrador, a leaner German Shepherd, or even a Boxer could be perfect for you. They’re big enough to, uh, “get the job done,” but not so massive that it feels overwhelming. Look for a young, healthy male, maybe 2-4 years old eager but past the hyper puppy phase. Temperament matters too go for a friendly, chill one you can bond with. Shelters are great for this; spend time meeting them to see who clicks.

Honestly, it can sting a bit the first time, but it doesn’t have to be bad if you prep right. Your “egg-sized” reference is helpful dog cocks vary, but they start thinner (tapered) and swell with the knot, so it’s not like fitting a big round thing all at once. My first time with my mutt, it was a sharp stretch at first—hot and fast—but not unbearable, more like a jolt that turned good quick. With your smaller size, a medium dog’s equipment (maybe 5-7 inches long, knot starting golf-ball-ish) should fit without too much trouble if you’re relaxed and lubed up. Pain mostly comes from tension or rushing it. My Mastiff’s knot gets bigger than an egg, and I’ve adjusted to it, but a smaller breed’s won’t push you that far.

To make it less painful: lube is your friend use a ton of water-based stuff Go slow get on your knees, maybe prop a pillow under your hips, and let him ease in at his pace. If it pinches, shift your angle tilting forward or back can help. Start with just the tip and work up to the knot over a few tries if needed; you don’t have to take it all day one. Trim his nails too scratches hurt more than the penetration sometimes! I keep my boys’ claws blunt, and it saves my skin. After, you might feel sore like a workout ache but ice or a warm bath fixes that fast.

As for guilt, that’s trickier but so normal. I felt it too at first society’s loud about what’s “wrong,” right? What helped me was focusing on the bond. My dogs love me, I love them, and this is just us being close in our way. Build that trust first weeks of play, cuddles, treats. When my Pitbull and I finally clicked, the guilt faded because it felt mutual, not forced. You’re not hurting anyone; you’re exploring something that’s yours to feel. Talk to us here if it creeps up we’ve all been there:)

Now that I have had time to get over losing my previous companion Gwen (very sad she was awesome so cool) anyway I am definitely getting a Male when I’m ready…so my question to the Kind Woman out there is what breed to you recommend? And why? Like girth size, temperament during intercourse, trainability etc..I was leaning to golden retriever or collies but idk if there genital size is really going to be enough 🤷🏻‍♂️. That’s why I’m looking for opinions haha I don’t have a vagina and idk what you ladies would/will/do like or look for 😅 I am getting him with the intention of letting him invite girls over to play so, what do you think they will like?!?

As the title says what would be the first breed you would suggest for someone to take their first knot. As I am in hopes and search for my first knot I would love to know which breeds have the best for first timers.

For your first knot, you want a breed that’s big enough to give you that full, tied feeling but not so massive it’s overwhelming. My Mastiff’s knot is softball-sized, 4 to 5 inches across, on a 9 inch cock, and while I love it now, it was a lot my first few times. My Pitbull’s more modest, 7 to 8 inches with a 2 to 3 inch knot, and that’s closer to what I’d suggest for you starting out. Based on my experience and what I’ve heard in the community, here’s my top pick for a beginner Labrador Retriever: Labs are perfect for first-timers, 55 to 80 lbs, so they’re manageable but still substantial. Their cock’s usually 6 to 8 inches long, and the knot swells to about 2 to 3 inches across, think big egg or small tennis ball. That size is enough to stretch you, lock in tight, and give you that hot, pulsing rush without pushing your limits. My friend’s Lab was her first, and she said it was intense but not painful, just right for learning the ropes. Plus, Labs are sweet, easy to train, and bond quick, which is key for trust. My mutt, 8 inches and a 2 inch knot, was a similar vibe my first time, slid in fast, tied me, and I was hooked.

Other good options? A Boxer, 50 to 70 lbs, similar sizing, 7 to 9 inches with a 2 to 3 inch knot, or an Australian Shepherd, 40 to 65 lbs, 6 to 8 inches, same knot range. Avoid giants like Danes or Mastiffs for now, 10 to 11 inches and 4 to 5 inch knots can be too much at first. My Pitbull’s size is what I’d call “just right” for starting, and these breeds match that.

But never get a dog just for sex

I truly appreciate this and definitely never just for sex it’s always for life long companionship

Thought I'd ask the collective experts, but what would everyone recommend for a first attempt? I've always loved beagles, furry megaphones that they are. Had a female and she was the sweetest girl ever, but I never fooled around with her. I'm thinking starting small would be wise, don't wanna break anything on a knot too big, after all

I'm hoping to actually have the space and time to get my own companion here within the next few months. As I set myself on these sights, does anyone have any recommendations they may have for someone's first time lover and pup?
