I was just wondering... As a guy, is there anything I should worry about when being being knotted? I've only ever bled once ever since I took my first like six months ago.
 
lack of privacy maybe? ties can last for a while. maybe also about how the boy reacts to outside "noise", like a phone or doorbell going off or some random commotion outside. it might sting if he tries to disengage to investigate.
 
Just make sure you have plenty of time for the knot. The biggest issue is having it ripped out of you, had that happen once definitely painful.
