Staying under the radar on community internet

So I usually try to surpress my zoo kink, but I'll admit that horses are a huge turnon, and so sometimes I come here to masturbate. I just moved out of my parents ' place, and the place I live in has non-profit internet that everyone shares. How do I hide my internet traffic from my ISP so that I don't get fined/outed/in legal trouble? Thanks!

TOR. But tor is detectable by the ISP. So if you live in a state where using tor might get you into trouble, use tor over a vpn. That way your ISP sees you using vpn not tor and your vpn provider see you using tor. Of course you have to trust the vpn provider.

If you are fine with paying get a vpn in a country where bestiality is legal, but if you want something free tor but ISP might block it so you can use it with VPN or bridge
