Sleepy's Forest?

I'm quite curious about zoophilia and bestiality forums around 2000. For example what does sleepy's forest look like? What were major forums in those days and when and why they shut down? If any screenshot and archive exists I will greatly appreciate.

That's a name I never heard of.
I heard of a page called Pet Lovers Fourm, and Beastforum. And later on was ZoophilesForum, ZooBB. I don't believe anything about archiving was posted here. There is another site called zoowg.org that has something like that.
Zoophilia.wiki has some history on some sites.

I regularly visited Sleepy's and others including Lintilla, Pan Pipes, ZOT, Plains of Existence, and probably others I have forgotten. In the mid 90s that's how you met other zoos. You learned about the talkers, aka The Forest etc through Usenet groups like alt.sex.bestiality. For me, all social relationships grew out of the friendships formed on the talkers. Those that organized zoo gatherings spread the word and vetted those invited through the relationships built on the talkers and in part of the reputations created from postings on Usenet. You generally saw the same core group of people organize and host gathering in their particular region of the country. The first real web presence happened when GeoCities came on online and made it very easy for any one to post their own web page and soon there was visible zoo community on GeoCities. Beyond that, probably the Vivarium created by Ebon Lupus in '98 I think was one of the 1st. I think Beast Forum came online around the same time.

I don't think I have any screen shots from then of the talkers, but certainly have logs of conversations as there were dramas of course as with any online forum. :gsd_nerd: :gsd_nerd: And Zoo Stories and I probably know each other from them way back times.
