Most of the customers we have spoke to seem to do a bit of DIY when it comes to sex dolls... most order a fabric plushy (160-180cm tall for example) and manually install a fleshlight to it's back end. There was a pretty horrific horse sex toy I saw a few weeks ago though - maybe someone can link you to the thread for reference
