I've been fostering dogs on and off for a few years now, but I plan to settle down with one soon ahead of my girlfriend moving in, who shares my interest. I've had over a dozen canine partners over that time and have a good idea of what's ideal to me, but now I'm beginning a journey to discover what will work best for her as well.

We're also entertaining the idea of having a second female in the relationship rather than a male, but my experience is still very limited in that field due to longstanding concerns over consent and the potential for injuries.

Hi! I have a few questions as I'm always curious about zoos interacting with shelters:

Were the dogs fixed during your fosters?
Did you had some zoo experience with your fosters (when consentual)?
Are you anti-fixing or understand shelters don't want to bother with a vasectomy or alternative fixing?
Is your shelters fixing dogs before being an adult?
