An unusual Coat of arms of the Brahe kindred (around 1560).
She is just wearing a hat, necklace and a foxtail.
Apparently she didn’t follow customs as noble lady. Among other thing she had a child out of wedlock. Perhaps the reason why she was depicted this way ?

Obviously it is a bridge, you can see the low-bridge part, and there is in fact a part of it with to pylons and enough hight for even large ships. What is also shown here is where the road continues in a tunnel under the sea.
