Picture Posting Help

Hello Everyone

I did try to search for info in re posting pics, but didn't find anything, could of sworn I saw a thread about this somewhere even. Anyone know where it is?

I'd like to post a pic or two and it looks like I can choose from pics on my system, but when it comes to posting a pic in a PM it appears that you must go through a picture hosting 3rd party. Is this indeed the case? If so, is there a trusted site? I don't trust the likes of flicker or photobucket.
