Picture/Clip Post Magazine (New Joiners Read 1st post)

Do you want it here ? Down in the left corner is a SG sign and below the text “SuicideGirls.com”
It is left-right swapped, so to read the text on her abdomen I had to re-swap it.
Why is this sign doubtful? SuicideGirls is a very successful company, the website was founded in 2001 by Selena Mooney ("Missy Suicide") and Sean Suhl ("Spooky") with over 16 million followers. SuicideGirls is an online community website that revolves around mostly tattooed pin-up photography models known as the Suicide Girls. Suicide Girls have appeared in a variety of media outlets including television shows and music videos. They have also been portrayed by actresses in others, such as the character Dani California on the TV show Californication. So what is your point here?

I am from Europe. I have never heard of this site.
But as you write it is a wellknown website community including TV shows.
I reacted on the word ‘suicide’ which seems very inappropriate to me.
well, I have understood and will ‘close the door behind me’

And for Kristy, who mentioned an interest....here's a Rosie assembling a turret on a bomber production line....and say what anyone will( and don't say negative things about them in front of me) ....these ladies were warriors, too.

I'm with you. In both world wars and everything between and after, women made huge contributions, in all sorts of areas. War is mostly a "man thing", historically, but women are brave and do stuff too. My Daddy made me watch "Carve Her Name With Pride", (I still have a copy), I think to inspire me, and it made me cry. She was beautiful and amazing, Violette Szabo. I also saw a film about Edith Cavell, a nurse, who was shot as a spy, during WWI. Women have always helped the "war effort", we don't just "stay home and look after the kids"!

We'll begin tonight's Run noting that all three of the lovely Ends tonight are Competing in the Lingerie Gymkhana...two in Senior division and one in the Standard division. They're vying in the 2025 "Miss Heart-Shaped World" Pageant...And as a bonus, Im not saying which are which😉View attachment 678943

This thread is entitled a "magazine" for a reason. I want it to provoke thought, as well as give you something interesting, hot and fun to look at. My Daddy had Playboy Magazine around the house and I loved reading them. They were quite old; beautiful girls, interesting stories and interviews and the subject matter was wide-ranging. There was one, from before I was born, with Frank Zappa (I had to find out about him, very interesting and intelligent man) and it struck a chord with me, because, at the time, they were trying to stop "Satanic music" affecting children! It must have had an effect on me, because I love doom and death-metal!

We can talk about suicide and depression on here. We don't have to hide things away.
