For a woman who enjoys teasing, simply with what she's wearing, this skirt teases so well. It barely covers her in front, and will not, if the wind blows a little. It does not cover her in back, nor should it. (My own opinion.) Loose and pleated, it looks quite fanciful while she walks, exciting anyone, woman or male. It is best worn with no panties - a nice breeze to toss it around feels fantastic.
