Tahoe holds about half of California's Water. If it was closer to the mid section of the country, It would be a sixth Great Lake. She Beeeeeeg

Beautiful! I didn't know Lake Tahoe was big enough for a boat that size. (though I've never seen the lake.)

Also holds a big chunk of Nevada water. The Border runs approximately halfway through both states.
