Had a few looking like that this past winter....North of Carson City
395 runs along a fairly high Crest
( 8000 feet) and along side the road are quite a few Cottonwoods and some Conifers with a permanent bend.

It's the Babcock Grist Mill at Babcock State Park.

I think the creek is Glade Creek. Memory is failing due to old age.

The Gummint Tobacco Warehouse in Baltimore....Those barrels, known as Hogsheads, held 1000 pounds and were used to ship and store the King of Weeds. At the Corner of S Charles & Conway. It was capable of storing 8000 tons at a time. There are Highrise Apartments on the site since about 1970
