With the rise of authoritarianism and conservative parties, it wouldn't be surprising if zoophilia were soon banned in every country in the world. Cynical and limitless, conservative politicians, religious figures, and demagogues will begin to persecute everything they consider sinful and immoral. Homosexuality was also considered a crime and persecuted by idiots and was only accepted after much struggle and suffering. The left will ignore a great deal of things so long as you bend the knee and think exactly as they do, but they all so are devoid of principle and will change to what ever will keep them in power! At least the right has core principle, so you know what you are working with

Yes. In my country, right-wing parties are trying to criminalize zoophilia. Around the world, many credit cards do not allow payments to amateur zoo websites where people try to sell their material. I'll give just these two examples to keep the text short; search for yourself and you'll find many more.

Weird bringing politics into it

Zoophilia is literally just generally perceived as taboo and or wrong to the main populous. Not the best take I have read on the site.

Dont forget that there are also people on "the right" that are into animals and love them just like other people in the same boat as us.

Also, conservatism isn't rising worldwide, it's rising in the US and some parts of Europe (mainly Britain). Over here in South America for example, it's the left that it's becoming more extremist and the right that has remained more moderate.

The issue is not conservatism or extremism, but populism, which causes problems on both the right and the left.
