Opinion on stray dogs

I think that unless the dog is feral the stray has an owner, and I would respect that and do my best to return it home unmolested.
If its feral, you need to consider health and safety, have it checked by a vet, and take responsibility for the animal like any other non-stray.
It's only a stray til its home.

i drove one particular stray back home a few times, i knew where he lived
my opinion is more about what kind of "person" would go out to look for a stray, get their rocks off (i'm assuming "done anything" means sex in your query) and go about their day leaving the animal to still be a stray... get a dildo/masturbator if you think so low of homeless animals to see them as nothing more than warm "no strings attached" hole/dick for you to use and discard.
