Need advise for a small bit of furniture.

I am going to be building what we will call a Knotty box. this will be a very low height piece of furniture that will allow for the knees to be folded and secured into the box and with a small adjustable roller, allow for hips to be rotated up or down and back. I would Love input on height the box should be for most comfort and preferred waist and chest angles, so that i can produce the most viable small furniture. this will be designed to be disassembled and discreetly stowed away when not in use. thank you all for any input.

what would be the point of this "knotty box" that simply getting down on all fours doesn't already solve?
