I have one of those FAAK dog toys as well and knotting with it has been a bit of a chore. Finally got it mostly in but it's not wanting to stay in place. Might just use it for thrusting only from now on.

It may seem needlessly expensive to buy high quality toys, but do play it careful with amazon toys.
There are different types of silicone that all vary in how safe they are. Some contain carcinogens if ingested/inserted.

Seems weird, but do keep that in mind.
