I don't agree that it is entirely individual. Of course it is, but not entirely. Not what I have experienced. My experience is that high energy dogs like huskies, setters and other working breeds are more into it and easier to get interested in sexual activity. I personally haven't met one setter female that is not interested! And I've been with a few...

I agree to an extent that large, excitable, working breeds tend to be easier to 'get into it' than other breeds, but really, it is an individual thing. I don't have much experience with females but lots with males in different sorts of scenarios, not just 'sexual', and, honestly, most intact males are pretty interested once they get into it or realize what's expected of them.

I don't think it's a breed thing but an individual thing, just like how any other human might be. Age, experiences, sex, etc all contribute in a meaningful way to how 'horny' the dog might be, but it's pretty individual from what I've experienced.
