I think it would be highly recommended to run some blood tests on him before continuing to give blowjobs, if there is nothing unfortunately you are allergic.. but if you find something maybe it could be the cause of the allergy... I'm not a vet but caution is always good..
 
get tested, chances are you are allergic to something he ate and not to him directly.
"hypoallergenic breed" means their fur isn't as aggressive as in "regular breeds", i'm not sure if it goes the same to their bodily fluids as well.

what are the plans for the lab once you "get a different dog"?

That. It is usually related to dandle and drool alergies. If you get no reaction while interacting with him and breathing close by, this is likely not your problem here.

The simptoms you describe (breathing, etc) *could* also be just psicosomatic. Esay home test: scratch your wrist to get bit red, sprinkle cum there, check for reaction.

Until you are sure, do *not* get oral (or use a condom). Alergies do not get better, and the throat is the VERY worse place to get a reaction.

I remember reading years ago that some people can be allergic to a specific person's cum, I'd assume the same applies to any animal.

It's possible it's a specific dog, it's just very very very unlikely, same as it is for a specific person. Extremely unlikely.

Biologically speaking, humans, like dogs, have far more in common, than they have different. So much so it's almost but not quite a freak accident when that happens. The odds are astronomical.
