Yeah I would got tied by a fixed mastiff but if you are going to take the knot, try to get him inside all the way cuz when he swells it's gonna be painful if he tries to pull out. Was stuck to him for 30 mins
 
I've been with a Neapolitan Mastiff Mix before, extra large breed tho... It actually hurts, they're super heavy and hard to handle, but mainly cause I'm petite size and they're way too big. Never knotted, so can't tell. Not my pet anymore.
