I'm not really into Horses, but I love to see true love. I read a few times about sex with mares in missionary, if she trusts you completly. I saw a few vids with this, but in most cases, it doesn't look comfortable in my eyes. Can anyone confirm, that this is a true sign of love or it is just a myth and commercial videos (using drugs?) I like the thoughts of deep love and trust , when seeing such a vid, but I will not support, if this is abuse.

It's possible and yes it takes a lot of trust on her part to lay in such a awkward and vulnerable position. I've been lucky enough to get to experience it with a few mares over the years, no drugs or restraint of any kind involved.
That said it's a difficult position and not good for equines to be laying on their back for prolonged amounts of time, definitely not something most should ever attempt.

There was a topic about this somewhere already, but mare lover 1975, said everything that was needed. I can only add that this is a rather dangerous position for horses (volvulus is possible).
It will be much safer if she lies on her side or a more intimate position when she lies on her side and the partner is between her hind legs, but this also requires a lot of trust in her partner.

In my opinion this is the best possible position other than normal standing intercourse there is with a mare, much safer and more comfortable for her as well.
Lots of trust and plenty of caution are still necessary for both parties safety, being aware that she might roll over and stand up at any moment is a absolute must, be prepared to get out of her way quickly.

I once had a slightly similar situation with my beloved, when she decided to turn around a little and put her leg on me. It was of course very intimate, but I was lucky that only part of her weight fell on me and that she is not a big girl, and that then she again decided to lie down completely and let me go. So it is really better to always be on guard.
