The elypse art ones look so amazing, and an inflatable knot is so much more realistic than a molded one. They are also very friendly despite the primitive look of their website, and they have larger models than the ones listed if you ask.

the nice thing about the inflatable ones like the Elypse Art, is that you can inflate them after insertion just like a natural knot
