Looking for a new dog

I've decided that I'm ready to adopt a best friend at this point but I'm running into an issue. Even outside of the topic of zoo, I'm not exactly on board with fixing. Don't really like the idea of forcing that kinda surgery upon who's essentially going to be my best buddy.

How do I go about finding a dog that's not fixed/ the shelter doesn't require the procedure? Everywhere I've checked, it Seems all shelters have a contract that pretty much requires it.
