There are attachments for the machines which allow any suction sup toy to be used. You can easily attach a Bad-Dragon (using the suction cup) to make this work.

Yup there are attachments available, more non inflatable than inflatable though

Depends on the tightness of your hole and the quality of the suction cup, plus the strength of the machine, a weak machine will seize up.

I have this problem with my machine .
The anal toy that came with it aren’t rigid enough . And machine can’t push the larger toys. I know it cant push the knotty toys

Inflatable, I seriously doubt it. Bad Dragon did just start coming out with Vac-u-lock molds. I do understand the appeal of and inflatable toys for the machine, I just think it would probably repture within a couple uses if not the first.
