Personally I'd rather not see anything. Of course there is going to be a bias toward attractive people or pictures and against unattractive people or (gross-looking) pics, but the thirst, desperation and/or thrill should be kept in designated spaces where people actually want to see it.
I also think that people who post those kinds of pics are lacking in sexual attention or simply like the attention they do get already and want more, but that's a personal issue they need to solve for themselves.
