although this seems to have devolved into a conversation that is more suited for the dumpster fire… religion is such a cancer on the human condition…the amount of suffering religion has caused is unreal. anyways to answer the OP‘s question… Be very careful and if you are not interested in shedding religion (I do not mean shedding spirituality….just organized religion/cults) then simply adhere to the common sense practices most religions espouse…But rarely practice. i.e. treat others with respect and love.

I hope you have found the answer here. There have been quite many wonderful answer that gave me much more perpective myself. AS always this is something that will conflict with most belief systems we have the world. And Islam, as most belief systems are to each other, is different, and it may not be an easy decision. As many said, you may not have to chose one over other, but trust yourself in what you need, your desires. And more importantly be safe, especially about the later point of your daughter not knowing.

As for OP, well lets just say I left Christianity not because of my zoosexuality (which I still haven't practiced) but because Christians began accepting homosexuality. If you truly love and believe in your god, you should obey them as best as you can. There's more to life than sex.

While this is true, sex is what young men and young women live for. Older men, it depends. Old women? That depends but I can't say what I want to say without my comment launching this thread into the dumpster fire thereforeI will keep my comment to myself.
