It's actually how I lost my zoo v card. An ex of mine's mutt was kinda hitting on me and he asked what I was gonna do about it. I'm sure you could, but as an example, my dogs knot is big, like over 10 inches.

If his knot were in my mouth, not only would my teeth dig into it, but it would likely dislocate my jaw.

And on top of that his dick wouldn't go down far enough to ensure that I could essentially breath around it.
