Besides what would you do with a worm? You can not really let it go into any of your orifices unless you want to risk an infection. You can not insert it anywhere except your mouth without killing it and I do not think you want to eat it. :D

They actually use rubber bands to close off the opening to the bladder, thus forcing the bug to back on out from what ive seen.
As for the chewing bugs, they look like raw hamburger afterwards

Not into bugs nor am I comfortable with anything that has mandibles around my cock and/or balls. I prefer the things I put my genitals near or in to be a warm-blooded mammal with an active pulse, thank you.
