Does anyone else have issues with their dog whining and begging to lick you but once you let them they only do it for a couple seconds and then look at you and whine again. I can’t tell what she wants lol she won’t lick me without me giving her the go ahead (I didn’t train her to do that) but I’m just wondering if I’m the only one with this issue
