I wouldn't worry too much, there's always been a slow trickle of dumb or unlucky zoos in the news for as long as I can remember. The only ones that really gained any sensationalized attention were for Mr. Hands and that time Joe Arpaio tried to run a sting operation in Arizona for political clout (The clout never came though lol) I'm not trying to minimize your worries too much. You're probably right if you think this kind of coverage doesn't make us look good.
