If you worked at a zoo and a zombie apocalypse happened and you could only save one animal, which would you save?

Simple question. If a zombie apocalypse happened and you are a zoo keeper, what animal would you save, I personally would do what The King did in TWD and save a tigeress. Because 1.she'd be good at killing Zombies and 2.its the end of the world so no more laws telling you that you can't be with an animal. (And as a side note, I'm talking Romero Zombies, so no animals can't become infected)

Seeing as how the animals aren't susceptible to this zombie virus, I'd definitely go with a bear. It would be warm to snuggle up with, it could take the head of a zombie off with a flick of its paw and feeding the brute would be a cakewalk since there'd be loads of food shambling around the streets. Also, any hostile survivors will most likely not mess with the guy with a pet bear.

On 2nd thought. I’d go hang w the buzzards. They’d pick apart any rotted flesh fool that’d stumble into their environment
Now that's quite the choice. I like it! But if the flesh moves won't they be scared of it?

I mean it's Romero Zombies, so probably not, as they move slllllow, if you've ever seen Day of the Dead, in the opening credits there is a tarantula crawling on a still alive zombie. The only real danger buzzards would be in is the Zombies slowly becoming smarter and smarter as time progresses, even to the point where they can use guns, not accurately, but still, one or two bullets may hit you.

My second choice would be a aquatic animal if there is one, find some way to get her out to sea, as well as a boat of course, because zombies couldn't get you or your animal lover if they can't even reach you in the first place. Just learn how to fish and turn saltwater into clear water and you'll be all set, never have to set foot onto land. (Of course you won't be able to use nets, as Romero zombies can walk on the sea floor, and if you have a net they could climb it and you'd be fucked. As long as you don't bring attention to yourself or anything though you should be fine, (IE:don't be like the stupid hippies from the Zombieland sequel.) As well as watch out for other humans as Fear TWD has taught us, anyone else with a boat could be hostile, so still make sure to bring a gun and some ammo and a silencer. Still though, living on the open ocean would be the safest place in a zombie apocalypse. You'd have ample food, water, start a garden, etc.

The most domesticated one because lets face it, if you jump in to a tiger enclousre they gonna eat you :ROFLMAO:

Secure the zoo first to save as many as possible. Captain ship rules. Passengers first then the captain. Since they are in cages those ones are the safest so you go by process of elimination with the most vulnerable to the most secure.

As for the favorite is a wolf ?

I'm hoping the zoo has a chicken or a cow, cause ? and ? (or, when it came down to it ? and ?)
