How to remain anonymous and safe

How do you remain anonymous and post videos?

I have considered posting videos, but I worry about being traced, located, and/or blackmailed. I know there's something like Metadata available in videos and pictures, but that's about all I know.

I mean the point of this safe space is kinda that you don't need to be THAT anonymous

Get a high quality old ass camcorder that does not have geolocation on it. Then do the rest of the guide mentioned above. Do not post someone else's work, we don't need more regurgitated porn.

This is a lot more work than I thought it would be lol
Thank you, I'll start taking the steps to go anonymous. I already messed up

Everyone messes up sometimes. Thats just part of life. The real trick is surviving it. Anything that doesnt doom you, teaches you.
Hopefully teaches you.

Evaluate and adjust accordingly.

Agreed. Survival first, lessons later. Seen plenty of people learn the hard way; adapt in real time or risk becoming a cautionary tale for someone else to learn from.

"safe space"
gets thrown around by people who don't understand what they're walking into. Those who are willing to learn and ask questions are doing more than most. The fact they're even asking puts them ahead of the ones who come in here walking in blind all the time.

Let's be honest: I've seen enough reckless behavior here in the short time I've been back here to make me cautious about who I choose to respond to. I view those users as liabilities - to themselves and anyone within their digital proximity. As a person who would compromise their safety (and mine) without even realizing how many eyes are watching.

Opsec isn't a checklist. It's a mindset.
