how do you show love to your dog

I don't mean sexually I mean what little things do you do to show you care

And describe some instances of when they did the same back

Let them choose the route on walks, give them their favorite meat (venison and elk) when they're sick or on their birthdays, stop what I'm doing to play with them. In return they come check on me when I'm working, greet me in the morning, rest their head on my lap after a hike.

I greet them every morning.
We have a whole happy dance we do together.
I talk to them throughout the day.

I'll make eye contact from across the room , smile and one or both will run over to me.

Normal stuff like walks, treats, toys, medications.

Constant hugs. Even if I'm just running an errand and will be right back.
He licks my ears , or mouth to show affection. Sometimes he will rub his junk on me really slowly as he walks past. Causing the other dog to jump up and try to play fight him. I give him massages.

Lots of activities. Lots of stimulation. They both want to be in the same room as me. They may not be in my arms every second but if they are sleeping and I get up to go in another room , they will wake up and come lay down in the new room.

I keep some ice cold water In the fridge for when we come in from outside.

I have dog beds in every room I occupy for more than a few hours. They follow me around everywhere anyway. At night I tuck them into their beds and tell them goodnight.
