How do I help my cat orgasm?

I posted this earlier, but it may have been in the wrong thread, so I'm reposting it here.
I have a cat, about 1 year old (possibly older, got her from a friend, they couldn't keep her during a move) She is not fixed, I don't know if she had been in heat yet.
I rub her pussy, and pat it a bit, she loves this. She tilts her head back, opens her mouth and lays there. I never seem to get her to orgasm tho, after a bit she gets bored I think? She gets up and walks away. I really want to give her an orgasm.

Do I have to penetrate her for orgasm? I've seen and read many things on releasing them in heat with a q-tip. I don't want to do this unless she is in heat, because it may give er a bad experience with penetration if she does not want it.

Does anyone have experience with this? Thank you

It's critically important to never try anything with your cat that would be uncomfortable or dangerous to her, so good on you for asking before going for things.

When she goes into heat, you will know--she will become a lot more affectionate! She may also try to escape your house, so keep a close eye on her. You will also know by the bone chilling wails she will be making at all hours of the night (cat's think this is being "sexy"), and she will also hold her tail to the side and crouch in a position called "lordosis." Her vulva will increase in size under the influence of all that estrogen, and you may see a watery, clear discharge.

There are two things you can do at this stage: q-tip or acupressure point, depending on your end goal. For the q-tip method, make sure you lubricate it well (don't want cotton strands falling off inside her) and gently insert it, barely past the tip part. Then rotate (more rotation than thrusting to avoid uterine tears or anything else nasty) it until she orgasms, during which you may think she is possessed as she yowls and contorts her body every which way, but that means you have succeeded. (Some cats even urinate during orgasm, so be prepared). At every stage, go slowly, and stop if she shows any signs of pain or discomfort. The acupressure points are mainly for your 3 am sanity, since even the most devoted cat guardian probably won't be up for multiple sessions until the wee hours of the morning! There are small indentations on each side of a cats tail to either side of the spine. Press gently, but firmly, on one or both of these points for about twenty seconds, then release.

You are absolutely right about non-heat receptivity. To my knowledge, not many cats are receptive outside of being in heat, and with the vulva returning to normal conformation, you would have to be even more careful.

Lastly, cat estrus cycles last between 14-21 days or so, and are exquisitely sensitive to light--10 hours at least of daylight is the trigger to begin the cycle, so most cats in the northern hemisphere cycle from about March to September.

Thank you so much!! I will definitely wait untill she is in heat. I definitely want to to feel as much pleasure as possible.

Do you know if I can possibly rub against her or "eat her out"? Obviously no insertion haha. Will this bring her any pleasure at all in heat? These are things I wanted to try. Obviously if she's not receptive I won't do it but is there a possibility? Could pleasure her?

You can certainly try! Eating out wise, one of my cats loves it—she hasn’t ever orgasmed, but really enjoys the stimulation. My other cat could take or leave it. It’s all about learning your partners sexual preferences and being respectful of them.
