Help with the chat?

I don't understand how to get the chat set up. I downloaded the app and registered but when go click on the link and configure it says error already in use would like to sign out? I click yes and try to reconnect to the app/server and nothing. Can I please get some help? I'm using a smartphone if that makes any difference
