No. I have been bullied for a few years and I've never fully recovered. You can't really make up for some experiences in childhood and youth—or lack thereof—later in life.

To the point I stopped carrying a "Smartphone" and dropped back to a ghetto flip-phone without wifi services.

As a daily driver, yes I have. Pedestrians not paying attention on crosswalks, drivers texting,... Some encounters with them have been quite close.
