A few times, one time because of how surprisingly tired I felt when I woke up. Another time was when I was having an incredibly realistic dream where I was falling asleep in the day.

A couple of times. Usually I just wake up then. Sometimes the dream goes on without an avatar of me being present, with me being an invisible watcher, like watching a movie unfolding in 3D...
