Yes but usually after a few hours when I look back I see all the mistakes and dislike it.

If it's cold and raining heavily I check the weather service to see whether it will stop within half an hour or so. In that case I would wait, but otherwise I go on walks when it's time for my dog and me. So, yes.

HYE fed feral pigeons?
