Glitch: impossible to remove a banned member of my group

Hello everyone!

I hope I'm putting this thread in the right section of the forum, else feel free to move it accordingly...

I would like to remove a member of my group that has been likely banned and appears as a "?" in the list (see screenshot below):

But when I do so, an error message appears:


Could a ZV moderator delete them for me?
