Hello all! Long time lurker, first time poster!

My name is Gemma and I'm 36. I live in England and I'm here after a lifetime of curiosity into this lifestyle!

This past year has been really hard for me personally, (hint, I nearly chose the username JiltedGemma) so I've decided it's time to look out for numero uno, and to indulge in a fascination I've had since I was a teenager.

The mission, should I choose to accept it; spend the next year learning from the experts, looking for avenues of experience, and by this time next year to own and be the proud lover of a dog!
