nah It would be one either completely feral or human. An animal head would have no use on a human body.

If anthros/furries ever became a thing irl, it will be the result of breakthroughs in bioengineering(gene editing; like CRISPR but way down the line) or advanced robotics & synthetics coupled with AI. Or if we figure out interstellar travel and come into contact with alien cat people, which are rumored to exist.
