Fence hoppers cause the legislature here to make bestiality a felony. Before two fence hoppers got caught and they made the news, most people didn't know it wasn't against law. One was very high profile because he was a local fire chief.

The same is true for many states in the US. Stupid fence hoppers who think with their dicks instead of their heads.
