It’s also proven that cold moths increase depression from a lack of vitamin D, so… yay
 
The uv index is lower in the fall and winter. Plus the days are shorter. Mix that with wearing long sleeves and pants most the time and you have a lot less vitamin D than you do in the warmer months. I have other means to ward off depression tho.
