Ope... you beat me to it. But yeah, this thread is the largest by a longshot. I'm still curious how ZV will display it once you all go over 1,000 pages.

Oh there would be no chance of Nothing posting 1,000 posts in one single thread. Each page is 30 posts IIRC so he'd have to make 30,000 posts in one thread.

oh sorry typo,i meant 1k pages, not posts. 1k posts is easy, 1k pages is hard.
What happens if one of his long spam posts is longer than one page could handle. Or would the page just extend until the message was done, and the next message would start the new page?

Oh he's still here, I can almost guarantee that. But he's keeping a low profile for now. Right now he's in his lurking phase. Usually what happens is that he'll lurk, he'll make a dozen or so past posts from a couple of accounts, I'll find them and eradicate them. He'll throw a hissy fit for a week or two, then he'll go back to lurking starting the whole cycle all over again.
So he could literally make an unlimited page with the exponential growth post method we discussed.

Actually I was the one that typoed the crap out of my reply! Lol. I meant 1000 pages, which would be 30,000 posts. There's no way he'd be able to get the high without I or someone else spamming his account. I'd say the largest account he had since I became a moderator was maybe 150 posts including regular and fun and games posts, F&G, which aren't counted.
In theory our spam filter should be able to stop a large scale bot attack. (I believe.) But if need be, we could lock down the forum, remove the bot accounts, and then come up with a solution.
