Yea if you're a zoo and you are enveloped completely by a fireball when you die. You go to a special place near rainbow Bridge where you can take care of any dog in existence that doesn't have theirs own humans. It's only for getto zoos though. Those dogs mostly come from the gettos.. so being the rich elite zoos can fuck any animal species they want in this life. It was deemed fare that the elite gets to only watch videos of all the fun the getto zoos are having but the elites only have the animals they had in their earthly existence
