I've been very satisfied using bad dragon. Since COVID they don't have custom orders open all the time, so you may have to wait a while before you can commission exactly what you want from them, but if you follow them closely you can also get really good deals on "defect" toys that don't have much wrong with them, they're just perfectionists.
