Dog Knott and Blood

So my dog knotted my ass pretty good this morning and I have been shitting a small amount of blood the past 2 shits. Should I be worried

Small amounts no, excessive and still bright red, yes.... The stretch or a sharp hit from the bone may have opened a small wound, watch for signs of infections at the most right now unless as stated bright red still coming out.
